‍Greetings Brother and Sister Elks:

‍Yes, it is that time of the year again where we spend time with our families and friends to give thanks and celebrate our spiritual beliefs. As the holiday season approaches, let us take the time to reflect on all who cannot be with us during this joyous time. 

‍

‍We have a lot of exciting events coming up over the next two months beginning with our Super Raffle drawing on Sunday, November 2 and then the following week is our Veterans Brunch and Day at the Races. 150 Club members will have their annual dinner on November 18. Rolling into December we will have our Grand Lodge obligation to hold our Elks Memorial Service on Sunday, December 7th which honors all our departed members we lost throughout the Lodge year. Birthday Night will move to Tuesday, December 16. We will end the year with the annual New Year’s Eve Party. As always, please check the calendar of events and this bulletin for

‍dates and times.

‍

‍As a reminder, during November and December, we will only be having one Lodge meeting each month due to the holidays. I will wind down November by attending our DDGER Jay Singer and SVP Paul Schneller homecomings, as well as attending the homecoming of DDGER Ted Farkas and SVP Jackie Karlin. It will be an honor to attend and support our brothers and sisters in our neighboring East District.

‍In closing, always remember we live in the greatest country in the world, and we are fortunate enough to be members of the greatest fraternal organization ever. During this holiday season, and as we should do every day, remember to show kindness to all those around you and continue to uphold the principles of Charity, Justice, Brotherly Love, and Fidelity.
