Help Preserve Our Lodge Home—Join Our Building Fund Today!

Thank you for your continued commitment to the Elks and for living our obligation to Fidelity, Justice, Charity, and Brotherly Love. Together, we’re making a real difference—helping kids grow up healthy and drug-free, supporting veterans, and strengthening our community bonds. 

Over the years, our Lodge has proudly hosted programs like:

      * The “Hoop Shoot” free-throw contest for local youth

      * The Dictionary Program for third-graders

      * Scholarships through the Elks National Foundation for graduating seniors

      * Monthly socials that bring us all closer

      * Outreach to St. Albans VA and Long Island Cares veteran groups

We need to keep our Lodge safe and welcoming. We have recently:

      * Repaired damaged stucco to the outside of building

      * Repaved the parking lot

      * Replaced and painted the ballroom ceiling tiles

Now, it’s time for our next chapter. Our air-conditioning units are at end-of-life, and the ballroom carpet has seen better days. We’re launching a Building Fund to tackle these essential projects—and we need your help. 

How you can make a difference:

     * A gift of $50 covers new carpet tiles

     * A gift of $100 replaces major carpet sections

     * A gift of $250 sponsors a full AC overhaul

Every dollar you contribute goes directly to our Building Fund—no overhead, no delay To donate, mail a check payable to: NHP-NS Elks Building Fund. Or drop your gift off at the bar or social in an envelope marked “Building Fund”

In 2005, PER Frank Ingegno rallied our members to fund a major remodel using this very approach—let’s follow his lead and get these repairs done before Fall gatherings kick back into high gear.
